Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has decided to work as a coolie to raise money for his travel to attend his party's plenary.
Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) will hold plenary in Hyderabad on April 21. On April 27th, a massive public meeting is planned in Warangal to mark the party’s formation day and completion of three years of TRS government.
Terming the week-long period from April 14-20 as "Pink labour days", KCR appealed every party worker to do labour work to earn money to reach Warangal for the Public meeting.
Not just the Chief Minister, cabinet ministers and all party leaders will be seen doing coolie or labour work during the week.
The energy minister G Jagadish Reddy, took up coolie work in Nalgonda district.
Interestingly, he earned Rs 3 lakh for the work.
Well, this leaves one wondering how much money will Chief Minister KCR make?
