Ahmedabad: The Central Bureau of Investigation has summoned Gujarat minister Bhupendrasingh Chudasam, former minister Praful Patel and Advocate General Kamal Trivedi in connection with the Ishrat Jahan fake encounter case.
On Monday, Gujarat Law Minister Pradeep Singh Jadeja, was questioned by the CBI. This over accusations that the investigation was derailed by the government.
The CBI had on Saturday summoned two IAS officers GC Murmu and AK Sharma in the Ishrat Jahan fake encounter case too. Both the officers were present at a meeting called by Advocate General's office allegedly to derail investigations into Ishrat Jahan case.
