After a high level meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party leaders in the national capital on Monday night, the NDA government on Tuesday introduced the Land Acquisition Amendment Bill in Parliament. It will replace the ordinance promulgated by the government in December 2014, which had brought changes in the earlier Bill passed in 2013 by the UPA government.
