Congress which carved out Telangana from Andhra Pradesh eyeing the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections suffered a huge setback when the TRS chief K Chandrashekhar Rao's who is credited for the creation of the state, refused to tie up with it for elections.
New Delhi: After much delay, the Congress on Monday released its list of candidates for Assembly elections in Telangana. The party has fielded candidates in 111 of the 119 constituencies.
