Amit Shah to address public meeting in Mathura even as Cong asks UP govt to ban him
The Congress has alleged that the BJP has got their men in Uttar Pradesh from Gujarat to communalise the atmosphere in the state.

New Delhi: Amid allegations by the ruling Samajwadi Party that the BJP was trying to turn Uttar Pradesh into another Gujarat, Narendra Modi's key aide and state BJP in-charge Amit Shah is all set to address a public meeting in Mathura.

However, in the backdrop of communal riots in Muzaffarnagar, the Congress has asked the Uttar Pradesh government to ban Shah in the state to maintain peace.

The Congress has said that BJP and Shah have got their men in Uttar Pradesh from Gujarat to communalise the atmosphere and prepare the field for the saffron party for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The Congress alleged that the BJP have started the mission from western UP.
