The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) started the online application process for the recruitment of various Staff Nurse posts on December 4. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can visit the official website of the UPPSC at uppsc.up.nic.in and apply for UPPSC staff nurse posts. It is to be noted by the candidates that the last date to submit the application form is January 1, 2024.
Under the recruitment drive, UPPSC aims to fill a total of 27 staff nurse vacancies in the commission. Out of which 2 vacancies are for the post of Staff Nurse Unani (Male) and 25 vacancies are for the post of Staff Nurse Unani (Female).
UPPSC Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Candidates applying for the post must be between 21 and 40 years of age as of July 1, 2023. However, for reserved category candidates, the upper age is relaxed.
Educational Qualification: Must have passed the high school examination with science and passed the intermediate examination of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, or an examination recognised by the government as equivalent for direct recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse (Unani).
In addition to that, they must possess a diploma in Medical and Surgical Nursing (Unani) registrable with the Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine Board of Uttar Pradesh and a diploma in Midwifery (Unani) registrable with the Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine Board of Uttar Pradesh.
UPPSC Recruitment 2023: How to apply
Step 1: Candidates need to log in to the official website of the UPPSC at uppsc.up.nic.in.
Step 2: Look for and click on the Staff Nurse Unani application link available on the site’s homepage.
Step 3: A new page will be presented on the screen. Register yourself and proceed with the recruitment form.
Step 4: Fill up the form as mentioned and upload the sought documents in the said size and format.
Step 6: Pay the prescribed examination fee and submit the form.
Step 5: Save a copy and print a hardcopy of the application form for further records.
UPPSC Recruitment 2023: Application Fee
Candidates falling under the general/economically weaker sections (EWS) and other backward class categories will have to pay a total of Rs 125 as examination fees at the time of registration. However, candidates from Scheduled Class (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories and ex-servicemen have to pay an examination fee of Rs 65, whereas people with benchmark disability (PwBD) category candidates are required to pay Rs 25.
