IREL Recruitment 2023: Selection Procedure
The applicants will be shortlisted for the trainee supervisor position based on their performance in skill tests, document verification, and medical examination. Indian Rare Earths Limited will also conduct a written exam for the selection of candidates.

Male candidates belonging to the General (UR), Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and OBC(NCL) categories are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 500 to apply for the trainee supervisor posts. However, females and Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST)/ Person with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)/ESM category candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
