The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) result 2023 today, September 25. As per the official press release by CBSE, while 15,01,474 candidates applied for paper 1, as many as 14,02,022 registered for paper 2. Out of the total, 12,13,704 candidates appeared for paper 1 among which 2,98,758 passed. In the case of paper 2, as many as 11,66,178 wrote the second paper out of which 1,01,057 candidates cleared it.
Candidates who appeared for the CTET exam can visit the official website of CTET at ctet.nic.in to check their scorecards. To access the results, candidates need to key in their Registration/Roll number. It is to be noted that the examination authority has declared the results of only those candidates who have secured equal to or more than the qualifying marks with respect to their category.
CTET 2023: HOW TO CHECK RESULT?
Step 1: Visit the official site of CBSE CTET at ctet.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the link that says, “CTET Result 2023” on the homepage
Step 3: Key in your login credentials such as Roll/Registration Number and hit Submit
Step 4: Once done, the CBSE CTET result will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Check your score and download the result for future requirements
Furthermore, the exam was conducted on August 20 at various centres. The provisional answer key was published on September 16 and the window to raise objections was closed on September 18. CBSE will issue the CTET mark sheet to candidates through DigiLocker. The login credentials will be dispatched to the candidate’s registered mobile numbers.
Furthermore, depending on a number of factors, such as the school type, experience, location, etc., a CTET-passed teacher working at the primary level can expect a salary of around Rs 35,000 to Rs 37,000. While an upper-primary level may get a salary of Rs 43,000 to Rs 46,000, a CTET-qualified PGT teacher can earn a pay scale of Rs 48,000–Rs 50,000.
