Ram Pothineni Reviews Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan: 'What A Rollercoaster Ride'

Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan has taken the box office by storm and is setting new records every day. Fans and critics alike have showered accolades on the actors’ performances and the directorial brilliance of Atlee. Notably, the film has garnered praise from celebrities across the industry on social media. South Indian actor Ram Pothineni recently enjoyed a screening of Jawan and described it as a “thrilling rollercoaster ride.” He extended his congratulations to Shah Rukh Khan, Atlee, and the entire team for this remarkable cinematic achievement.

Ram Pothineni shared a picture with Jawan’s director Atlee and his wife, Krishna Priya along with a note, “Finally got to watch Jawan ..what a rollercoaster ride it was.. Shah Rukh Khan sir..what a transformation from BADSHAH to the BAD-ASS-SHAH!! My dear Atlee, this is just the Beginning. I can’t be more proud of you my friend..the kind of sacrifices you & Priya made for this film..so happy for the two of you. Congratulations to each & everyone who put their life into this film.”

Jawan is being applauded by well-established artists and celebrities in the film industry. A day after the film was released, SS Rajamouli took to social media to laud and congratulate Shah Rukh Khan, Atlee, and the entire team. The filmmaker wrote, “This is the reason why Shah Rukh Khan is the Baadshah of the box office. What an earth-shattering opening. Congratulations, Atlee, for continuing the success streak in the north too, and congrats to the team of Jawan for the stupendous success.”

Later, Shah Rukh Khan responded to the filmmaker, urging him to review the film through his expert lenses. The actor wrote, “Thank u so much sir. We are all learning from your creative inputs for cinema. Please see it as and when u can. Then call me to tell me if I can be a mass hero also. Ha ha. Love and regards sir.”

Jawan has now become the third Bollywood film in 2023 to break the Rs 300 crore mark in India, following its record-breaking debut. Meanwhile, the film has grossed over Rs 500 crore globally in the first week itself, shattering all previous records. Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, the blockbuster features Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in prominent roles. Other cast members include Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Riddhi Dogra, Girija Oak, and others. Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt have special appearances in the film.
