Leading a peaceful life can go a long way towards motivating us to do our daily tasks and helping with our physical and emotional health. Yoga has been considered to be an excellent stress reliever and instrumental in achieving tranquillity. Establishing a regular habit of doing yoga improves our general well-being. Truly finding peace in your own skin.” In the clip, the actress was seen doing some simple yoga postures and thereby performing a complete body workout. One of her fans wrote that this is, “one of the secrets of staying evergreen…Queen stunning.”

Stating the benefits of this pose, Malaika Arora shared, “The palming pose… helps relieve stress and feel relaxed. The warmth created in your palms relaxes up to 6 muscles around the eyes, boosts blood flow in this area and reduces eye fatigue. Even if you are in the midst of a hectic morning, afternoon or evening, it only takes 30 seconds to care for yourself. You can practice this pose for up to 5 minutes.” Malaika’s love of yoga extends beyond her personal fitness, as she regularly posts her fitness routine on Instagram, providing a source of inspiration and guidance for many. Her aim is to encourage others to live a balanced lifestyle with an increased focus on self-care.
