Animal: Triptii Dimri Was First Discovered By Shreyas Talpade For THIS Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol Film?

Triptii Dimri has captivated the audience after her performance in Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal. She has left everyone impressed with her stellar acting prowess and her strong screen presence. Although she has previously given brilliant performances in films like Qala and Bulbul, Animal has made her a household name. However, it is now being reported that it was Shreyas Talpade who first discovered her and cast her in a film with Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol.

Viral Bhayani recently shared a post with the caption, “Eminent senior film journalist-editor Chaitanya Padukone shares with us that it is actually talented mentor-actor Shreyas Talpade who as a co-producer and director first discovered the sensational Tripti Dimri (of ‘Animal’) and cast her as his on-screen girlfriend in this Hindi comedy movie Poster Boys (2017).”

“Chaitanya also shared with us that Tripti’s co-stars in ‘Poster Boys’ were Bobby Deol (of Animal fame) and Sunny Deol (of Gadar2 fame). Unfortunately, the quirky film did not click with the audience, apparently because of its unconventional subject of vasectomy,” the post also read.

Animal thus marks the second time Triptii was in a film with Bobby Deol. Triptii Dimri has become a national sensation ever since the release of Animal. Her chemistry with Ranbir Kapoor in the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial is being widely loved by all. Since Animal hit theatres, Triptii’s social media following has skyrocketed. Reportedly, the actress has gained two million new Instagram followers over the last few days. As reported by India Today, Triptii Dimri’s follower count has increased by 320 per cent in the last few days.

As for Shreyas, the 47-year-old actor suffered a heart attack on Thursday evening. He was reportedly shooting in Mumbai for Welcome to the Jungle. However, after reaching home, he complained about feeling uneasy and collapsed. He was rushed to a hospital and underwent angioplasty, as per reports. However, Shreyas’ team has not issued any statement regarding this yet.
