The Bachchan daughter was seen with her parents, Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan, and her grandfather, Amitabh Bachchan, attending Jaipur Pink Panthers’ latest kabaddi match. At the match, she was seen cheering for the team with Aishwarya and Amitabh. However, she caught everyone’s attention with her new hairstyle.

The makers of Animal reacted to Javed Akhtar’s recent indirect statement about Animal. On Sunday, the film’s official handle on X, previously known as Twitter, and responded to the acclaimed lyricist’s statements. Last week, Akhtar brought up the infamous ‘lick my shoe’ statement seen in the movie succeeds at the box office, it is ‘dangerous’. Reacting to the statement, Animal makers said that if the ‘lick my shoe’ dialogue was said by a woman, it would have been praised as feminism. The said scene featured Ranbir Kapoor and Triptii Dimri.

Nayanthara’s new film Annapoorani has courted controversy after the film featured a controversial comment about Lord Ram. The film released on Netflix recently and it featured Nayanthara in the titular role. While the film has received mixed reviews, former Shiv Sena leader Ramesh Solanki has filed a police complaint against the film alleging that the film has hurt ‘sentiments of the Hindu community.’ Taking to X, previously known as Twitter, Solanki said that the film accused the film of being ‘anti-Hindu’ and pointed out some controversial scenes, including one in which Lord Ram is said to be a ‘meat eater.’

Javed Akhtar was criticising Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal at a recent event when he called out Choli Ke Peeche Kya Hai song. The iconic Kalnayak song was picturised on Madhuri Dixit and Neena Gupta. It continues to be one of the most popular 1990s songs. Speaking at the Ajanta-Ellora International Film Festival (AIFF), the lyricist said that the problem is not the makers but the consumers and he urged the audience to consume content wisely.
