Jr NTR is set to enthrall his fans with his upcoming projects like War 2 and Devara. Post the monstrous success of RRR across the world, the audience awaits the actor’s arrival on screen with bated breath. Often leaving everyone surprised with his dynamic presence, Jr NTR recently earned praise from Senthil Kumar as the cinematographer shed light on his remarkable energy during the filming of RRR’s action sequences.
While filming a scene where Jr NTR is accompanied by numerous animals, the actor had left everyone amazed with his speed which exceeded the pace of the camera. Recounting the particular sequence, Senthil, in a conversation with Gulte, said, “We told him that you have to run from here to here, and the camera is supposed to be following you. The moment we said ‘Action,’ Jr NTR was already there, and we were still figuring out how to move the camera.”
Senthil further revealed that the actor attributes his fitness to playing badminton at the state and national level when he was a teenager. He divulged, “It was something I had never realised – that he could run so fast. Then I asked him how he was able to run so fast! He said, ‘I am a national-level badminton player’.” Kumar added, “We had to make ourselves fit to match NTR’s steps.” The cinematographer further admitted that he was in complete awe of the actor’s athleticism and speed.
Meanwhile, the Temper actor’s upcoming project Devara Part 1 features him alongside Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. The film is scheduled for its theatrical release on October 10. Apart from this Koratala Siva’s directorial, the actor also has War 2 in his kitty for which he is currently shooting in Mumbai.
Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film will see the talented actor playing the antagonist opposite Hrithik Roshan. It is scheduled to hit theatres next year. The upcoming installment of War promises intensified action with the international action director Spiro Razatos coming on board to dazzle the Indian audience like never before.
