In the meantime, Paresh is set to collaborate with Akshay Kumar once again in ‘Welcome To The Jungle,’ the third installment of the beloved Welcome franchise. The movie boasts an impressive ensemble cast that includes Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi, Suniel Shetty, Raveena Tandon, Paresh Rawal, Lara Dutta, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Kiku Sharda, Daler Mehndi, and Mika Singh, among others.
‘Welcome To The Jungle’ is scheduled to premiere in theatres in December 2024. Directed by Ahmed Khan, the film is produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Firoz A Nadiadwallah.
The actor will also reprise his role of Baburao Ganpatrao Apte in Hera Pheri 3. While Hera Pheri 3 is in the pipeline, Paresh Rawal said he is very “nervous” about the project. Due to the film releasing after many years, Paresh is “scared” if it will meet the audience’s expectations.
He told Pinkvilla, “Of course, there is excitement, but along with it, there is a lot of nervousness too. I am sometimes scared also that the final product should come out the way it was conceived. We have expectations, but more than us, the audience has expectations. They have waited far too long for Hera Pheri and Welcome also. So, yes, I am scared.”
