Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone welcomed their first child, a beautiful baby girl on September 8. The new parents have been busy doting on their daughter and have reduced their presence on social media. However, on Thursday, Ranveer dropped his first Instagram post since becoming a father.
Ranveer Singh took to his Instagram Story and shared a photo in which he could be seen posing after a workout. Ranveer donned a long beard and wore a white ganjee with blue shorts. Ranveer looked ripped and beastly in the new photo. Check it out here:
Both Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who have always been open about their excitement for parenthood, are overjoyed with the arrival of their baby girl. However, the actors have yet to share their baby’s name and first glimpse of the world.
Meanwhile, Deepika Padukone hasn’t shared any updates about her motherhood since announcing the arrival of her baby girl. However, she recently reposted an Instagram Reel that gives a glimpse into her new life as a mom. On Monday morning, Deepika shared a reel with a GIF of someone stepping out from behind curtains and waving before leaving.
The reel was titled “If Adults Ate Like Newborns” and shows a woman waking up on a sofa, going to the kitchen to make a meal, staring at her plate, and then trying to eat messily at the dining table. She ends up passing out after one bite, with her mouth open and head shaking like a newborn throughout the video.
On the work front, Ranveer Singh will soon be seen in Don 3. The third instalment of the franchise, which was supposed to kick off in January of next year, will now go on floors in May-June 2025. The reason behind it is Farhan, who is currently shooting for 120 Bahadur. Keeping up with his commitment to the makers of the film, he wants to wrap it up before taking Don 3 to floors.
A source told News18 Showsha, “The pre-production work on the film is currently underway. And the prep on the same will begin next year in March as apart from Farhan, Ranveer is also busy with Aditya Dhar’s untitled next and recently embraced fatherhood.”
As for Deepika, the actress will reportedly be on maternity leave till March next year. She will then begin shooting for Kalki 2 with Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas and Kamal Haasan.
