Model Rupali Sood To Debut As Lead With Kannada Film Titled Venkya

Model Rupali Sood is set to make her debut in the film industry with the upcoming Kannada film titled Venkya. As per the latest updates, new details have emerged about her look and role in the film. Venkya is being directed by National Award winning filmmaker Sagar Puranik, who will also feature in the film as the male lead. The makers of the upcoming film have unveiled the young debutant’s look from the film. As per more information, Rupali Sood is set to play the role of a Pahadi girl. Rupali can be seen donning a pahadi outfit in the first look photo. She is seen wearing a multicoloured, heavily printed shirt with a sequined neckline, complete with a matching Pahadi cap. It is paired with colourful jewellery, which includes a necklace, matching earrings and a mang tikka.

Talking about her role to a media portal, Rupali Sood revealed she is cast as the female lead in Venkya. According to her, they have shot some portions of the film in Kyelang, Himachal Pradesh.

Venkya is being produced by Avinash V Rai, Mohan Lal Menon and Pawan Wadeyar under the banner of Wadeyar Movies. The screenplay and the dialogues in the film are written by Shreenidhi DS, while the music is being composed by Hemanth Jois and Pranav Mulay is handling the cinematography.

Rupali Sood was brought up in Shimla. She also lived in Abu Dhabi, as well as Noida for some time. She started her modelling career in her college days. Prior to this, she appeared in a music video for renowned singer Harrdy Sandhu’s song, Hornn Blow.
