Kangana Ranaut’s tattoo, much like many of her other facets, is a point of discussion and public interest. The actress recently took to Twitter to post a picture of the tattoo she has on her nape. She accompanied the picture with a short account she penned alongside.
Kangana revealed that the decade-old tattoo went through a transformation because she was dissatisfied with the way it looked initially. The original had just two wings, however, Kangana got a crown added to it as she the previous one did not ‘make sense’.
Finally, she was prompted to include a sword which went through the centre of the entire design. Kangana felt the sword ‘’piercing it all’ made her ‘tattoo come alive’.
Kangana’s tweet reads, “More than a decade ago I got two wings on the nape of my neck but they didn’t make any sense, after few months I added a crown, still it wasn’t enough, then I pierced it all with a sword suddenly my tattoo came alive, glory comes only after the pain.”

Kangana was last seen in the sports drama, Panga. She will be seen in Vijay’s Thalaivi playing the role of former Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa. To look convincing as the late politician, the actress had put on 20 kilos. The film also features Arvind Swamy, Prakash Raj, Shamna Kasim, and Madhoo in crucial roles.
Kangana is additionally preparing for Tejas helmed by Sarvesh Mewara. She will be seen as a brave woman in uniform during one of India’s first Light Combat Aircraft. Tejas is expected to hit the screens in April 2021. In her next announced project, Dhaakad directed by Razneesh Ghai, she will be seen in a villainous avatar. Touted to be a one-of-a-kind, high-action drama, the film is written by Ritesh Shah and produced by Sohail Maklai.
