'Everyone On The Sets Of Yek Number Clapped For Me': Actress Sayli Patil
Actor Dhairya G said that he already thought that he would torture Sayli Patil who was going to work with him.

Marathi film Yek Number which stars Sayli Patil and Dhairya G in lead roles has released in theatres today. It is directed by Rajesh Mapuskar. The music of the film is composed by the iconic musician duo Ajay-Atul. It is produced by Tejaswini Pandit and Warda Nadiawala under the banner of Zee Studios, Nadiawala Grandson Entertainment and Sahyadri Films.

Yek Number revolves around the couple Dhairya G and Sayli Patil in which the former asks her lover to arrange a meeting with Raj Thackeray. The lead actors promoted their films by visiting several reality shows and interviews. Recently, the lead actors interacted with Marathi Local18 to share their experience of the film and their bond with each other.

In a conversation with Local18, Sayli Patil shared her experience in cinema. She recalled one incident during the shoot of the film which was surprising for her. During the promotion, the actress said, “Something different happened to me after the dialogue in Gawran language in the movie, I took a pause of 1 minute and everyone present on the sets clapped for me. I was full then.”

Dhairya G also attended the interview and shared his experience working with Sayli Patil. He said that he already thought that he would torture the actress who was going to work with him. “Because the character in the movie was like that. However, when I met Sayli in real life, I was tormented. Due to this, our friendship has strengthened and our work on screen has also become very good,” added Dhairya G.

In the film Yek Number, Sayli Patil plays the role of a village girl Pinky who is a big fan of Raj Thackeray. A village boy, played by Dhairya G, comes and proposes to her. She challenges him to bring Raj Thackeray to the village within 24 hours. Dhairya turns towards Mumbai. Pratap, a rowdy and well-connected man of the village, faces struggles in Mumbai and humiliation while arranging a meeting with Raj Thackeray. The determination to bring Raj Thackeray into the village leads him to take the law into his hands.
