Ingredients for making Pickled Veggies:

  1. Cucumber- half cup.

    Carrot- 1 cup.

    Radish- 1 cup.

    Green chilli- 2 .

    Bay leaf- 1.

    Red chilli- 1.

    Garlic – half cup.

    Cauliflower – 1 cup.

    Ginger – 7-8 pieces.

    Water – 1 cup.

    Vinegar – 1 cup.

    Salt – 2 tablespoons.

    Sugar – half cup.

    Cloves – 5.

    Black pepper – 8.

    Whole coriander – 1 tablespoon.

    Mustard seeds – 1 tablespoon.

    Process of making pickled veggies:

    1. Take a big glass jar.

      Wash all the vegetables thoroughly with water and cut them into small pieces.

      Peel the garlic and the ginger and cut into 7-8 thin slices.

      Peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces.

      Put all the vegetables in the jar one by one.

      It is necessary to put the cucumber first and then the carrot, radish, cauliflower and the other vegetables one by one.

      Place a pan on the gas.

      Add one cup of water in it.

      Now add vinegar, sugar, and salt in it.

      Let it boil.

      Add black pepper, mustard, coriander, cloves in it after turning off the gas.

      Fill the liquid in the jar till the top so that all the vegetables are submerged.

      Leave it for two days.

      Keep it in the fridge and enjoy eating it for two months.
