Recently, Namrata Purohit, the celebrity fitness trainer, shared a video of the Sita Ramam actress doing an intense Pilates workout early in the morning.

She was doing pilates, an exercise focused on the back muscle, improving the posture and the muscle strength. Her unwavering dedication to her workout routine inspires one to hit the gym. Mrunal opted for an all-black athleisure featuring a full-sleeved top paired with matching shorts. Sharing the clip on Instagram, Namrata wrote, “Back at it and killing it. Here’s a glimpse of our session this morning.”

Qualified in pilates and barre, Namrata has trained celebrities like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Janvhi Kapoor, Ananya Panday, and many others.

Mrunal serves as a fitness inspiration to many. Recently, the actress jetted off to Scotland, to shoot for her upcoming film Son of Sardaar 2. Despite her busy schedule, she managed to take some time to focus on her fitness goals. In a video, that she dropped on Instagram, the actress was seen performing Yoga asanas inside a gym. “When in Scotland. Yeh reminder thaa! (This was a reminder) Kal subha uth kar GYM JAO! ABB So jao (Wake up tomorrow morning and go to the gym. Now sleep),” Mrunal Thakur wrote in the caption.

On International Yoga Day 2024, she dropped another video from her intense yoga session and shared, “To me, yoga isn’t just a workout (even though it is an intense one), but it’s more like self-care. Yoga helps me find my balance, accept my shortcomings, and make peace with them.”
