But if you are a night person, this routine isn’t just difficult for you but not sustainable either. Every individual needs their meal and workout routine as per their lifestyle and routine. “When you follow a routine that is suited for your lifestyle and habits, it’s easier for you to follow it religiously and attain fitness goals” adds Miten.
  3. Flexibility is key!Life is unpredictable, and so are cravings and energy levels. A rigid routine can leave you feeling frustrated and tired. Be flexible and ready to adapt. According to experts, your fitness routine should have space for holidays, weddings, birthday parties, etc. A person should be able to enjoy your pizza guilt-free and still maintain your diet.
  4. Listen to your bodyYour body is the ultimate teacher! Pay attention to how your body responds to certain foods, workouts, etc. Be a good listener and accommodate the changes that your body asks you to make. “Our body is very smart! It always gives signs of what works and what doesn’t. The need is to listen to it and act accordingly” adds Miten.
