Unity among political parties would help to achieve many things, he added.“Steps would be taken to speed up the granting of the  pattayam for those belonging to the  areas not falling under the purview of the government. The government is examining the pattayam issues of commercial establishments,” he said. The error in the survey numbers of the pattayams already issued would be solved.  A total of 3,457 pattayams,  987 ‘vanavakasha rekha’ and 15 kraya certificates were distributed in the mela.
