HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) will hold its Prajavani from 10 a.m to 1 p.m on Monday at all Operations and Maintenance divisions from I to XVI in the city. Consumers will be able to settle their grievances related to water and sewerage on the spot. The Water Board has delegated powers to chief general managers and general managers to settle disputes at divisional level up to Rs 15,000. Consumers with disputes above Rs 15,000 can solve the same at the board office in Khairatabad.
