New Delhi: Close associates of Vijay Mallya point out that he is likely to attend Formula 1 Race In Melbourne over the weekend. According to them, Mallya is likely to be in Australia to attend the F1 championship.
Notably, Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi had said that if Mallya doesn't return to India, his passport would be impounded.
The fresh development raises several questions as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has already issued summons against Mallya and FIR has also been registered against him by various courts.
