The Mount Zion Group chairman alleged that the KGS Group was a real estate firm and he was taken for a ride by that group since the date of agreement. Abraham said Chief Minister Oommen Chandy was in the dark about the details of the proposed Aranmula airport project.A section in the UDF District Committee misguided the UDF leadership, including the Chief Minister and Finance Minister K M Mani resulting in the UDF committee giving the green signal for the project.Zion Group to Implement AirportProjectAbraham said that the Mount Zion Group would implement the airport project for flight training for the aeronautical engineering students of the Mount Zion Engineering College, air taxi services and for packaged tour operators. He said the project would be implemented with the support and cooperation of the local people.
