The makers of the multi-million movie Mission Impossible 1 and 2 are introducing an interactive element to rope in more viewers. All they need to do is click on www.missionimpossible.com, register as Impossible Mission Force agent and get ready to fight the evil.
The producers of the flick are banking on the game to add on to the movies' fan list. And those already hooked only need Tom Cruise's word for it.
"This film is going to give the audience that mission ride. They will see great character, wonderful storytelling. There are more stunts and bigger sequences, more than I have ever done in any movie. I hope that the audience will be thrilled and feel that emotion," said Cruise.
A mere marketing gimmick or an addition to the cinematic experience?
