HYDERABAD: In the political resolution to be adopted by the YSR Congress on Saturday, the second and final day of the party’s first plenary, may not state the party’s stand clearly on Telangana but blame the Congress for creating regional ill will among the people of the state.According to sources, the resolution will blame the UPA government for not taking right decision at right time on Telangana, which led to tensions and uncertainty in the state. It will also blame the Congress and the Telugu Desam for the crisis, and claim that YSR Congress party is the only alternative to complete the unfinished agenda of the late chief minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy.``The Congress has failed to implement the welfare schemes and there has been no development in the sate after the death of Rajasekhara Reddy,’’ the resolution may alleged and accuse the TDP of failing to discharge its role effectively as the main opposition party.On the other hand, the resolution will highlight the growing popularity of YSR Congress and accuse the Congress and TDP of collusion to stop the growth of YSR Congress.
