The interim injunction restraining C Saravanan, proprietor of Benze Vaccation Club, and his men from running the club at the Wellington Plaza on Anna Salai, has been made absolute by a lower court.
While passing interim orders on a complaint from K Loganathan, a financial consultant in Saidapet, the VI Assistant Judge had granted the interim stay on an earlier occasion.
Loganathan’s case was that Saravanan borrowed `25 lakh from him on the promise that he would make him a business partner in the new club at Wellington Plaza. However, neither he was made a business partner as promised by Saravanan nor the money borrowed was returned. Hence, the complaint. E
