BANGALORE: In the Indian Certificate for Secondary Education (ICSE) and Indian School Certificate (ISC) examinations announced on Saturday, the national topper for class 12 is Rohan Sampath from Dubai Modern High School who has secured 99.50 percent. Madhavi Singh from Carmel School, Dhanbad, and Shalaka Kulkarni from Shrimati Sulochanadevi Singhania School, Thane, have secured 98.80 percent in the class 10 exams. The southern region has the best pass percentage with 99.76, followed by western region having a pass percentage of 99.71. The southern region continued the trend even with the ISC examination, registering the highest national pass percentage of 99.35 this time.
