Mumbai: The Mumbai Police is not leaving any stone unturned to get to the core of the murder of Sheena Bora allegedly by her mother Indrani Mukherjea, wife of former Star India CEO peter Mukherjea.

According to sources, Sheena body which was found in May 2012 was sent to Kalina forensic lab for tests. The DNA test reports are still available with Kalina forensic lab. However, Raigad Police is unwilling to confirm if the DNA report is still available.

Police sources also say that proper procedure was followed by Raigad Police in preserving the crime scene in May 2012.

Meanwhile, Sheena's brother Mikhail Bora who came out on Wednesday claiming that Indrani had killed his sister, has said that he fears for his life as high profile people are involved in the same.

Mumbai police had on Wednesday quizzed Peter Mukerjea and his son Rahul in connection with the case. Rahul had reportedly been in a relationship with the deceased.

Peter and Rahul are likely to be questioned again on Thursday. During interrogation, Rahul said that he met Sheena on the day of her murder. He also said that she left soon after her mother Indrani called her.

He added that Sheena went to meet Indrani who was with her ex-husband Sanjeev Khanna and their driver. However, he said that he tried speaking to Sheena and tried calling on her number several times, but couldn't get through her phone.

Denying that he knew that Sheena was Indrani's daughter, Peter had on Wednesday said that Rahul and Sheena were seeing each other for over a year. Though he claimed that Indrani's parents didn't approve of the relationship.

"I was told that her parents did not want Sheena and my son to be in a relationship so I was told that she was sent to the US. I was not in touch with here thereafter," he said.
