Sangh parivar takes out march to police station

MANJESWARAM: The Sangh Parivar activists took out a march to the Manjeswaram police station on Friday in protest against the inaction of the police in registering case against the anti-social elements who stoned the Ganesh festival procession.The police stopped the procession near the police station on the ground that no police permission was obtained to take out the march.BJP state general secretary who inaugurated the march said that the police have not registered a case though complaint was lodged to the police.Sangh Parivar activists said that procession in which women and children participated was stoned in Mada near Manjeswaram.
