Speaking at the second meeting of State Level Bankers’ Committee held here recently, Bhasin urged the government to assist farmers by subsidising the investment costs so as to encourage them to move towards hi-tech agriculture.He also directed the banks to make sure that all eligible farmers are covered under the revised Kissan Credit Card scheme.
