Register each and every FIR to ensure victims get justice: Umashankar Gupta to MP police

Madhya Pradesh Home Minister, Umashankar Gupta has given directives to policemen on registration of FIR of every person who visits a police station for this purpose.

The Minister gave this directive at a meeting of police officers at Datia on Monday, an official release said on Tuesday. Gupta said that police officers should function with impartiality and ensure that victims get justice.

Following review of pending cases, he directed to dispose them of at the earliest and said that distinguished citizens should be invited to police stations for discussions.
