Hyderabad: He is a well known name down South as well as in Bollywood and actor Rana Daggubati is all set to make a debut in International cinema with 'A
Momentary Lapse Of Reason'.
The actor, who shot to fame in Bollywood with 'Dum Maaro Dum', says he is excited to be a part of the film, which will be directed by Aditya Bhattacharya and is based on his Aamir Khan starrer 'Raakh'.
"It is a fantastic opportunity for a young actor like me to be part of Aditya's International project," Daggubati said.
The movie in association with Guru Films Hyderabad, is produced by Asif Noor, Aditya Bhattacharya and SunitaTati.
"Rana perfectly fits the role as the scion of a wealthy Hyderabad Industrialist with real-estate ambitions in Los Angeles, who gets brutally sucked into that city's underbelly, setting off a chain of events that sucks him into a vortex of
violence till he finds an unlikely ally and mentor in an over-the-hill LA Cop and the game changes," Bhattacharya said.
The cast of the film hasn't been disclosed yet but has Hollywood A-listers starring in it. Daggubati will soon be seen in Ram Gopal Varma's 'Department'.
