Posting of new collectors

The State Government has effected a reshuffle of district collectors. In a statement here on Wednesday, the Chief Minister’s office said that Kollam Collector P G Thomas has been posted as Pathanamthitta Collector and Kasargod Collector V N Jithendran will take charge as Kollam Collector.

Higher Secondary director P S Mohammed Sagir has been appointed Kasargod Collector.

Forests Special Secretary P K Mohanty has been appointed Parliamentary Affairs secretary.

Local Self Government Principal Secretary James Varghese has been given the additional charge of Forest Department.
