New Delhi: A Delhi court today ordered the framing of charges against former Uttarakhand Minorities Commission chief SS Namdhari and 21 others in connection with the killing of Uttar Pradesh liquor baron Ponty Chadha and his brother Hardeep.
The charges will be framed on January 29 against the accused.
The court had on Saturday adjourned the hearing stating that an important CD related to the case had gone missing and that it had to be monitered before hearing.
Ponty and Hardeep were killed in a shootout at a Chhattarpur farmhouse in Delhi on 17 November, 2012. A property dispute was suspected.
