Pokhariput DAV wins all Odisha Inter-School Quiz

BHUBANESWARA: Alankar Devta and Swaviman  Choudhury of DAV Public School, Pokhariput, won the All Odisha Inter-School Quiz Contest organised by Tata Steel in Bhubaneswar on Monday. Abhisek Khuntia and  Gourab Jena of Chandrasekharpur unit of the school bagged the second prize and  Sangram Keshari Datta and Aditya Acharya of Jindal School, Barbil, occupied the third spot.  Secretary, ST and SC Development, Santosh Kumar Sarangi presented the awards. More than 400 teams from about 200 schools had participated in the quiz. The final rounds involving six teams were held on the sidelines of Enterprise Orissa 2011 organised by CII here. CRE of Tata Steel Rajesh Chintak and head, corporate affairs, Mohit Das were present.
