We also need the support of the citizens. Platforms like this help facilitate a partnership which would help us greatly in addressing more issues.”Ravi Subramanya said, “This platform is all about connecting parts of a democratic system to ensure that system works efficiently. Citizens should be responsible and use this system to form communities that can come together and solve issues themselves.”Co-founder of Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy Swati Ramanathan said, “The website has been active for six days and we have received a shocking 500 to 600 complaints with 60 per cent directed towards the BBMP. This massive response shows how people are looking for an outlet to voice their grievances.”She added, “We also set up shocking installation of a car in a nose-dive position into the ground dangling with the rear up in the air, into what appeared to be a crushed trench in the road.
