BANGALORE: The Lokayukta Special Court on Friday reserved its order on the admissibility of the complaint filed against three former chief ministers of the state in connection with illegal mining till Saturday.Social activist Abraham T J had on Wednesday filed a case alleging Union Minister of External Affairs S M Krishna, who was CM between 1999 and 2004, N Dharam Singh and H D Kumaraswamy of being complicit in  illegal mining in the state during their tenure.Judge N K Sudheendra Rao posed various questions to the complainant to ascertain his background and motive behind the plaint. The judge also questioned the complainant on his profession or his affiliation with any political party.Abraham informed that he was a businessman and made clear that he had no connection with mining as he was into management of properties. He also told the Court that he had no personal enmity with the accused parties.Later, the Judge posted the case to Saturday.
