Cattle traders in Sonepur say it would be difficult to find a buyer for Lalu's horse, which is priced at Rs 1,51,000.
Patna: Railway Minister Lalu Prasad's horse Pawan is on sale - for Rs 151,000.
The horse, which is yet to get a new owner, is presently at Sonepur. The village is situated near Patna and hosts one of Asia's largest cattle fairs.
According to DK Yadav, the animal's caretaker: "It is the costliest horse for sale in the fair." There are hundreds of horses at the fair but Lalu's is the largest crowd puller.
Some cattle traders said it would be difficult to find a buyer for such a costly horse. "It is more like a showpiece attracting people," said a trader.
Tourists from Britain, France, the Netherlands and other countries are visiting the fair.
