BANGALORE: The High Court on Wednesday said that it will pass orders on the interim application filed by Dasarahalli MLA M Muniraju seeking to quash an FIR and the Lokayukta proceedings against him.Hearing the interim application. Justice B V Pinto said he will pass the orders on Friday. The complainant, Puttaswamy, had alleged in the Lokayukta court that the MLA and two other public servants - Ranganath, then tahshildar of Bangalore North taluk, and Revenue Inspector Suresh - had committed offences under Prevention of Corruption Act and IPC. The lower court had directed the Lokayukta police to investigate.
