New Delhi: Noida-based fashion designer Shipra Malik, who had gone missing on Monday, was found in a village near Gurgaon on Friday. Shipra, who owns a boutique in Noida, was found in a house in a village on Jhajjar road almost 30 kilometers from Gurgaon. According to reports, she was alone when the police found her.

She is being interrogated by a senior police official. Two of the five police teams, which were formed to trace her, were dispatched following leads about her being in a village near Gurgaon.

Earlier, Noida police had found CCTV footage that showed Shipra entering an ING Vyasya Bank in Noida on February 29, just a short while before she went missing. Shipra reportedly operated her bank locker at the bank.

Police are trying to ascertain what was there in her locker. As a part of investigations they are also gathering details about her personal life.

Chetan Malik, her husband who is a local builder, had filed a missing complaint with the Noida police. The family did not receive any ransom call.
