Mumbai Police busts fake rubber stamp racket
The police recovered 536 rubber stamps from them.

Mumbai: Major fake rubber stamp racket was busted by the Navi Mumbai police on Sunday. Two people have been arrested and one of them is the son of a police official.

The arrested accused have been identified as Rajkumar Balbar (28), a resident of Naigaon police colony in Dadar, who is a son of a police official and another is Santosh Manjrekar (33), a resident of Santacruz.

The police recovered 536 rubber stamps from them. Police believed the gang comprised of over a dozen members including bank officials.

The accused have been sent to police custody till July 14.
