Mock security drill at CMs camp office

HYDERABAD: With some intelligence inputs suggesting a threat to chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy from the underground cadres of the CPI (Maoist), the police conducted a mock security drill at his camp office on Wednesday afternoon.  The 30-minute mock drill was aimed at testing the preparedness of the security staff at the chief minister’s camp office in the event of any bomb attack or gunfire. “Mock drills are conducted regularly at the chief minister’s camp office. The security staff conduct it twice a week. Generally, the mock drill is conducted at night,”  said Punjagutta inspector K Ashok.
