Meet Jesse Koczon, the 5-year-old governor
A video of the 5-year-old crying saying he wanted to be the governor went viral.

New Delhi: The governor of the US state of New Jersey Chris Christie signed a proclamation making 5-year-old Jesse Koczon the state's honorary governor for the day. Jesse's twin Brandon was also made the honorary lieutenant governor.

Jesse Koczon was shown complaining on a YouTube clip that he can't be governor of New Jersey. The video, recorded by Jesse and Brandon's mother Dawn Koczon shows the twins travelling in the back seat of their family car with Jesse constantly crying.

When asked why he was upset, Jesse says, "Cause everyone tells me I'm too small to be the governor of New Jersey." The video went viral and was also featured on America's Funniest Home Videos TV show.

This came to the notice of New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, who responded on Twitter: "Don't worry Jesse, people gave plenty of reasons why I couldn't be Governor, though being too small wasn't one of them."
