Limca record holder felicitated

KOCHI: The Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry honoured P V John, holder of Limca Book of Records for securing maximum number of professional degrees by an individual in India, at a felicitation meet arranged at the Indian Chamber Auditorium the other day.John, an economic scientist, has six professional degrees and a PhD to his credit. He is a Member (Accounts) in Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ernakulam. He secured his CA in 1984, LLB in ‘85, Company Secretaryship in ‘89, Cost Account in ‘94, MBA in ‘95, MCA in 2005 and PhD in 2011 from MG University.  John entered the Limca Book of Records in March 2011. ICCI president P Prathapachandran draped him in a shawl and honoured him with a memento.
