KOZHIKODE: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) is learnt to have received definite leads regarding the role of CPM leaders in hiding the main accused in the RMP leader T P Chandrasekharan murder case. The police team is reportedly inching closer to the real conspirators by thoroughly blocking all chances for them to escape.As part of the investigation, four more persons were taken into custody by the police on Sunday.The arrested were Abhilash of Panoor, Ajeesh Madappurayil, Abhi of Moozhikkara and Shalett, receptionist at a lodge in Koothuparamba. Shalett was released after the police took her statement.The police had got clear evidence that accused Kodi Suni and Rafeek stayed at the Koothuparamba lodge after executing the murder.They came to the lodge after staying at the CPM Koothuparamba area committee office.Ajeesh and Abhilash have close links with the quotation gang and Abhi is a murder convict, sources said.
