Los Angeles: Actor Daniel Craig has reportedly dropped out of his upcoming movie 'The Whole Truth'. The 46-year-old 'James Bond' star's abrupt departure from the courtroom drama comes only days before the film begins shooting in Boston, said The Hollywood Reporter.
The project was scheduled to be in production on April 14 but it has been delayed as the producers, Atlas Entertainment and Likely Story, are scrambling to find a replacement for Craig. Sources have revealed that the start date is being pushed for three weeks so that a new actor can be cast for the role. The movie was in the midst of casting and certain actors who were in negotiations, such as Danny Huston, are unsure what to do for now.
Actress Renee Zellweger and actor Gabriel Basso were already signed for the film. The project is being helmed by 'Frozen River' director Courtney Hunt.
