The fifth season of this iconic show, promises to bring alive the wave of enthusiasm among the youth and once again create a record in the history of television viewership.
The inaugural episode opens its gates to a brand new wave of drama, emotions, thrills and entertainment to its viewers to experience the novel experiment, a breathtaking episode with never seen before spectacular act.
The opening episode will see the stage set in a stadium format where hundreds of in-studio audience waiting to welcome the brand new season of Indian Idol. Bang! Abhijeet Sawant appears from the crowd to introduce his co-host Prajakta Shukre and together they welcome the viewers to the fifth edition of the smash hit show Indian Idol.
Soon after this, the red carpet is rolled out and a swanky steel black beauty appears alongside flashbulbs out of which Anu Malik, the constant celebrity judge on the show appears swinging to the tune ‘Makwan Takka Makwan Way….’
The next in line is the ace music director and co-judge on the show, Salim Merchant who zips into the sets on a bike in performance on the song Kurbaan Hua…Following him was the very versatile and suave, Sunidhi Chauhan on a parachute lookalike object performing on Kaisa Jadoo Dala Re….
Hereafter everyone reconvenes on the stage to announce the beginning of this season search. Cut two…the ex-idols enter the stage on their bikes to begin their journey to search for this season’s singing talent from across the country – Ek Awaaz Jo Banegi Desh Ke Awaaz!
