India vs Oman, Men's Hockey Asia Cup: as it happened

India began their quest for a third Asia Cup title and a place in the 2014 World Cup by hammering Oman 8-0 in the first match of the tournament.

Only winners of the tournament get an automatic qualification to the World Cup as the continental champions.
